Cassette Adjustment
When a customer receives a new cassette it might be necessary to make a final adjustment of the cassette to fit the actual fixture. The adjustments are
- the level of test probe compression performed by the retention gate. The compression should be about 4 mm (abs. max. 6 mm).
- the press down fingers position on the PCB.
Both adjustments are done on the retention gate. The adjustments are necessary due to minor mechanical variations in the fixtures.
